Il est huit heures — it is eight o'clock. Il est huit heures et quart — quarter past eight. Il est huit heures et demie — half past. Il est neuf heures moins le quart — quarter to nine. Formal and written French prefers digits: 8h15, 8h30, 8h45.

lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi. No capital letters in French. 'Le lundi' with the article means every Monday: 'Le mardi, j'ai deux heures de sciences.'
