'Every day' is tous les jours, not 'chaque jour' in most sentences. 'I do sport' is je fais du sport (faire, not jouer). 'I never eat' needs two parts: je ne mange jamais.

English: 'I eat fruit every day and I do sport twice a week, but I never drink fizzy drinks.' French: 'Je mange des fruits tous les jours et je fais du sport deux fois par semaine, mais je ne bois jamais de boissons gazeuses.' Check: des fruits (plural), fais du sport (faire), ne...jamais wrapped around the verb, de after the negative.
